We are looking for people who want to invest in their future at Lux and who are willing to develop their own style, learn from experienced professionals, and fully commit to the team. This is an opportunity not only to sharpen technical skills, but also to become a valuable member of our team, with the intention of working together long-term.
What you will not find with us are freelancers simply looking for an employer to do quick work with.
We are looking for passionate photographers and cinematographers who want to build a long-term career within our brand, who see our way of working as a second nature, and with whom we can build a relationship of trust.

This means you will learn a lot, not only about the technical aspects of photography, but also about how we work as a team, the expectations of our clients, and how we build a top-quality brand. We give you the opportunity to grow, so that you eventually become an independent team member.

Whether you have questions about techniques, your working methods, or how you can further develop yourself, we are here to help you grow. Our mentoring is focused on maximizing your potential so you can excel at what you do.

We expect you to have a good grasp of the fundamentals of photography and cinematography. However, we are especially interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn and further develop your skills. You will be given the space to discover your own creative vision, while at the same time maintaining the quality and style of Lux Visual Storytellers.

We understand that experience has value, but at Lux, we set the conditions for fair compensation. We want to be transparent: your salary will increase as you grow and gain more experience within our team. This is an opportunity to learn, but also to demonstrate your work ethic and commitment. We determine how much we pay based on your effort, development, and contribution to the team, not because you have experience that you can dictate.
